Castello Condos (Calgary)

Castello is a beautiful condo development in the Calgary beltline region from the Centron Group.  Close to downtown, stylist, trendy, and perfect for the urban professional.

As with most condo fitness centres, we were working with a strict budget from the developer, yet we were able to create a functional, stylish, and trendy open concept fitness centre reminiscent of an upscale private personal training studio.

We chose high quality commercial and light commercial equipment to compare with the items people are used to using in larger health clubs.  This contrasts dramatically with the approach taken by most condos where the equipment is low quality and therefore fails to attract usage from the residents.

At Castello, we were able to seemlessly blend high-end items with a strict budget to create an exclusive fitness studio environment that is extremely useful for tenants.

Tenants love the versatility, vibe, and quality of equipment in the space and it has become a showpiece of the building located just off the main lobby.  With it's ground floor location and floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides, this facility is both seen and enjoyed!

Stoneridge Resort (Canmore)

Stoneridge from the Centron Group is a fully furnished mountain resort condo in Canmore.  It caters to both local residents and tourist rentals who want to enjoy all that the mountain have to offer.

These outdoor enthusiasts still need a great place to exercise, stay fit, and train for their 4 season outdoor pursuits.

 With this facility, we were tasked with a small 280sf space located just off the main recreational courtyard and pool area.  With the limited size, our goal was to provide as much function as possible while accomodating several exercisers at the same time.

We were able to accomplish this and actually come in under budget for the project!
